Delete your account

You can permanently delete your AutoPersonify account at any time. This page explains exactly what happens and how to do it.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in and profile details.
  • Every digital twin you created, including the photos and recordings used to build them.
  • Every video you made, and the files stored with them.
  • Your workspaces, scripts, contacts and settings.
  • Any paid plan is cancelled immediately so nothing further is charged.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Payment records are kept only where the law requires us to keep them for accounting.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email info@autopersonify.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll delete it for you, usually within two working days. We'll reply to confirm once it's done.
