- Do I have to rebuild my twin for every video?
- No. Your twin is a reusable asset in your workspace. Build it once, then give it new scripts whenever you want another video.
- How much does it cost to build a twin?
- Building a twin on Free is a one-time £69. Monthly plans include your first twin build, and yearly plans include every twin in the plan. Extra minutes cost £22 for 10.
- Is the free allowance monthly?
- No. The free minutes are a one-off welcome allowance so you can make something real before deciding. Paid plans refresh every month.
- What counts towards my minutes?
- Only video minutes are counted, on the real length of each finished video. Every new render counts — a first video, a sketch redraw, a widescreen or vertical version, or a new presenter layout. Drafting scripts, browsing presenters and switching back to a version you already have cost nothing.
- Do ready-made presenter videos cost extra?
- No. Videos with one of our ready-made presenters use your normal video minutes, exactly like twin videos — there is no presenter fee and no twin build fee. On Free you can use your 3 welcome minutes on a presenter video straight away.
- What does building my own twin cost?
- On Free, building a twin is a one-time £69 payment. Monthly plans include your first twin build, and yearly plans include every twin your plan allows. The videos you then make with your twin use your video minutes.
- What happens if I run out?
- We tell you before you get close, and creating pauses rather than charging you a surprise amount. Everything you have already made stays yours to watch and download. Move up a plan and it starts again straight away.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Upgrade from Billing with any prorated charge shown before confirmation. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at the end of your billing period; annual plans are paid upfront.
- Do you keep my footage private?
- Yes. Your digital twin footage, documents and finished videos are private to your workspace unless you choose to share a link.
