Who we are

AutoPersonify is a product of AutoThink Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address and sign-in details when you create an account.

Project content: briefs, scripts, website addresses, uploaded files, images, audio and video you provide or create with the service, including consent recordings used to create a digital twin.

Agency information: agency name, website, tagline, client and lead contact details you enter, and the messages and prices you set.

Payment information: billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number; we receive transaction references, amounts, dates and status so we can manage your plan and payments.

Usage and technical data: pages visited, features used, generation records, and standard log data such as browser type and approximate region, used to run, secure and improve the service.

How we use your information

To provide the service: creating scripts, rendering videos, hosting conversations and delivering the content you ask us to produce.

To operate your account: sign-in, billing, plan limits, usage records and support.

To communicate with you: service emails such as results, receipts and security notices. Client and lead review emails are only sent where an agency or account holder asks us to send them.

To improve and protect the service: diagnosing faults, preventing misuse and measuring aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties who process data

Video generation involves a specialist processing provider. Only the script and settings needed to produce your video are sent, and your files are never made public.

Payments are processed by our payment provider under its own terms and security standards.

Email is delivered by our email delivery provider, and website analytics are collected using Google Analytics. These providers act on our instructions or under their own published policies.

Advertising: when we run ads on Facebook and Instagram, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd receives which pages you visited on our site, when you signed up and what you paid (with your email address scrambled using one-way hashing), so we can measure which ads work and show them to similar people. In the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland, and wherever we can't tell your location, this only happens if you click Accept on our cookie notice; we record your choice and when you made it. You can withdraw at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, and nothing further is sent after you do.

We do not share your projects, source material or uploads with any other customer, and nothing you create is published unless you deliberately share it.

Source material and privacy of projects

Website addresses and uploaded files stay attached to your private project and are never shown on a shared video page.

A shared video page reveals only the video itself and the title you gave it. Agencies can revoke a shared link at any time.

How long we keep information

We keep your account and project information for as long as your account is active. You can delete a project at any time, which removes its messages, scripts and source references.

Payment and transaction records are kept for the period required by UK tax and company law. Where information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and row-level isolation so each account can only reach its own data. Payment card details never touch our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly about any breach that affects your rights.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and ask for your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@autopersonify.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
