Agency revenue
What would this actually earn your agency?
Change the four numbers below. Everything updates as you type, and nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
Your profit on this is simple: money collected, less our 5% fee on lead sales, less your monthly plan. There is no per-video charge, no minimum commitment on volume, and no separate production cost, because the production is the plan.
- Videos bought
- 4.8
- Money collected
- £1,200
- Our 5% fee
- £60
- You keep, after your plan
- £991
You would produce about 60.0 minutes of finished video a month. The Growth plan includes 120 minutes for £149. That fits inside the plan.
Figures are your own inputs, not a forecast or a promise. Card processing is handled by Stripe and their fees are taken from the payment before it reaches you. Our fee is 5% of each sale made through a lead offer.
How to set each number honestly
- Videos sent a month: what you can realistically research and personalise. Ten well-chosen companies beat two hundred generic sends.
- Price per video: UK agencies commonly land between £150 and £750 for a short, finished, presenter-led video. See the pricing page for the bands.
- Conversion: start low. A cold, unrequested video that already exists converts far better than a pitch deck, but it is still cold outreach.
- Finished minutes per video: 60 to 120 seconds covers most sales videos. Minutes, not projects, are what your plan meters.
What the calculator deliberately leaves out
- Stripe's own card processing fees, which come out of the payment before it reaches your account.
- Your time researching leads and reviewing scripts.
- Revisions, which are charged separately at a price you set and are pure upside.
- Repeat purchases from a lead who becomes a client.
Worked example (illustration). Twenty videos sent at £300, three bought: £900 collected, £45 to us, £149 for the Growth plan, about £706 kept, before card fees and your own time.
Two ways to start
Make a real video on the free allowance first: three minutes of finished video, no card. Then read how the cold-lead sale works end to end.
