Multi-client
Managing video for multiple clients
The risk with multi-client video is not production. It is sending client A's video to client B.
Each client sits in its own space with its own brand, contacts and videos. Your team works across all of them from one account, and every review link is scoped to a single client so nothing crosses over.
How it works, step by step
- 1Create a client, not a folderA client holds its brand, its contacts and its videos together.
- 2Add up to ten contacts per clientThe first is the primary recipient; the others are copied on the review email.
- 3Switch client before you produceThe active client determines branding and where the video is filed.
- 4Give the team seatsGrowth includes three people and Scale ten, so nobody shares a login.
The numbers in front of you

A worked example in pounds
Worked example (illustration). An agency with twelve clients and three staff runs on Growth at £149: 120 shared finished minutes, three seats, and twelve separate client spaces with their own branding and contacts.
What to watch out for
- Minutes are shared across all clients, so one heavy client can consume another's headroom.
- Check the active client before sending. The review email goes to that client's contacts.
- Remove leavers' seats promptly; seats are limited by plan.
Questions agencies ask
How long does this take?
Adding a client takes a couple of minutes, including contacts and brand. Switching between clients is instant.
What does it cost?
There is no per-client charge. Cost is driven by finished minutes and seats: Growth at £149 gives 120 minutes and three people.
Does the client need an account?
No. Each client's contacts receive review links by email. Up to ten contacts per client can be copied without any of them signing up.
