The detail, in plain English
A checklist is deliberately terse. 'Check seals' is enough on paper for someone who already knows the job, but a video is usually watched by someone who does not, so each item needs one sentence of context behind it.
Order is the whole value of a checklist. Never reorder items for a smoother script — if the order is wrong in the video, the work gets done wrong.

A worked example

What to watch out for
- Never merge two items into one sentence; each tick box stays its own spoken step.
- Do not let the explanation become longer than the item it explains.
- Reissue the video whenever the checklist is amended.
