Transcripts are enormous and messy: crosstalk, filler, half-finished sentences and audience questions all sitting in one wall of text. Compression is the entire job, and a 60-minute session is rarely worth more than two spoken minutes.
Be careful with attribution. A transcript records who said what, so if you keep a claim, keep it accurate or strip the name and state the point neutrally.

What to watch out for
- Never attribute a paraphrase to a named speaker as if it were a direct quote.
- Strip speaker labels before producing, or they get read aloud.
- If a guest spoke, check they are happy with how their point is summarised.
