The detail, in plain English
Notes contain three kinds of thing: discussion, decisions and actions. Only the last two belong in the video. Discussion is what the minutes are for, and including it doubles the length for no benefit.
Name owners and dates plainly, because that is what makes the video useful. 'Priya is confirming the supplier by Friday' is worth more than any amount of context about how the decision was reached.

A worked example

What to watch out for
- Check for anything commercially sensitive before you share the link widely.
- Do not record someone's action without telling them it is in the video.
- A video of a meeting where nothing was decided is not worth making.
