Adding a logo to video
A logo is a signature, not a watermark contest.
Add your logo as a small, transparent mark in one corner, or hold it full-size on the end frame. Keep it under roughly a tenth of the frame width and use the same corner in every video.
The detail, in plain English
A corner mark tells a viewer who is speaking when the video is embedded somewhere without your branding around it. That is its only job.
An end-frame logo does something different: it closes the video and gives the call to action somewhere to sit. Most business videos benefit from both.
Use a transparent PNG or SVG. A logo on a white tile floating over a dark background is the single most common giveaway of a rushed video.
What to do, step by step
- 1Upload a transparent filePNG or SVG, with generous clear space around the mark.
- 2Choose one cornerTop-right is the safe default — captions and platform interface elements sit at the bottom.
- 3Add an end frameFull-size logo plus one line of call to action for the final few seconds.
The short version in a table
| Destination | Corner mark | End frame |
|---|---|---|
| Website embed | Optional — the page already brands it | Yes |
| Social feed | Yes — it travels without your site | Yes |
| Email to a client | Yes | Yes |
| Paid advertising | Yes, small | Yes, with the offer |
A worked example
Worked example (illustration). A property agency puts a 90-pixel transparent mark top-right on every listing video and a full end frame with the branch phone number, so screenshots shared in group chats still identify the branch.
What to watch out for
- Bottom corners get covered by captions and platform buttons — avoid them.
- A logo bigger than a tenth of the frame width reads as an advert, not a brand.
- Dark logos vanish on dark backgrounds; keep a white version ready.

Questions people ask
Do I need any video experience?
No. You upload the file once into the brand kit and choose a corner. There is no layering or keyframing involved.
How much does it cost?
Branding is included at every level, including the free tier. Paid plans from Starter £49 a month simply give you more minutes to apply it to.
Can I edit it afterwards?
Swap the logo in the brand kit and produce the video again. Videos already produced keep the mark they were made with.
