Delivery

From brief to invoice, in an afternoon.

The whole run, written out honestly, including the parts that still need a human eye.

A short client video takes most agencies under an hour of actual work: ten minutes on the brief and script, a couple of minutes choosing a presenter, a few minutes of rendering, and the rest on review. The long part is the client, not the production.

The seven steps

  1. 1BriefType what the video is for, who it is aimed at and how long it should run. A page from the client's website, or a document, can inform it.
  2. 2ScriptA draft comes back in the client's language and tone. This is the step that deserves your attention: read it out loud and cut a third.
  3. 3PresenterChoose from 143 presenters, with a large preview so you can hear them before committing. Match the presenter to the audience, not to your own taste.
  4. 4LookFormat for where it will be seen, background, and any brand treatment from the client's brand kit.
  5. 5RenderMinutes, not days. You are emailed when it is ready, with a playable preview.
  6. 6ReviewSend a branded link. Comments and change requests come back in one place, and every version is kept.
  7. 7Deliver and invoiceDownload the clean file or hand over the link, then invoice as you normally would.

Where agencies still add the value

  • Deciding what the video is for. Nothing automates a weak objective into a good one.
  • Cutting the script. Drafts are always too long and too polite.
  • Choosing the presenter for the audience, which is a casting decision.
  • Managing the client through approval without four versions of feedback.

Running several clients at once

Each client has their own workspace with their own brand and history, and every video across all of them draws from one agency allowance. That means your production cost is a single monthly number no matter how the work is spread, and your reporting stays in one place.

Two ways to start

Make a real video on the free allowance first: three minutes of finished video, no card. Then read how the cold-lead sale works end to end.
