Video for franchise networks

Recruitment, network updates and brand standards, issued identically to every territory.

Franchise networks make four: a franchisee recruitment video, a network update, a brand standards briefing and a new territory launch pack. Each is produced centrally in minutes and used identically by every franchisee.

Why video earns its place here

Consistency is the whole product. When a promotion, a price change or a standard is explained in one recorded briefing, forty territories receive the same words rather than forty interpretations.

Recruitment enquiries are slow to qualify. A video setting out the investment range, the support provided and the kind of operator who succeeds filters out unsuitable enquiries before a discovery call.

A worked script outline

  1. 1State what the network is and is not"This is an owner-operator model; we do not appoint absentee investors."
  2. 2Give the investment range honestly"Total set-up sits between £38,000 and £52,000 depending on the unit."
  3. 3Describe the support concretely"Two weeks of training, a launch marketing plan and a field visit every month for six months."
  4. 4Set the next step"If that fits, book a discovery call through the link below."

Compliance and tone notes

  • Financial performance representations are the highest-risk element. Do not state earnings, turnover or payback periods on camera unless the figures are evidenced and presented with the same caveats as the written disclosure.
  • Franchisee obligations described in a video must match the franchise agreement, since prospects rely on them pre-contract.
  • Territory exclusivity should be described exactly as granted; avoid the word guaranteed unless the agreement says so.
  • Where franchisees make their own videos, give them approved wording so brand claims stay consistent across the network.

Questions people ask

Is there a free tier?

Yes, with no card. Networks generally test it on one brand standards briefing before rolling access out to franchisees.

Can I use my own likeness?

Yes. Founders appear as themselves in recruitment material, while network updates often use a presenter so the message stays neutral.

Do you support other languages?

Yes, 42 languages, which is how master franchise networks issue one standard briefing across several countries at once.
