Training videos with AI
Modules, inductions and refreshers, updated whenever the policy changes.
Training teams make four regularly: a course module, an induction video, an assessment briefing and an annual refresher. Modules run three to five minutes in parts; the rest sit under ninety seconds.
Why video earns its place here
Training content dies from staleness, not quality. When a module can be re-scripted and reproduced the same afternoon, the annual review stops being a filming project and becomes an edit.
Splitting a module into two-minute parts beats one long recording. Learners complete more of it, and you only reproduce the part that changed when the policy moves.
The four videos this sector makes most
| Video | Length | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Course module | 3–5 minutes, split into parts | Teach one learning outcome per part so only that part is re-made later |
| Induction video | 90 seconds | Give every new starter the same first-day explanation |
| Assessment briefing | 60 seconds | Explain the task, the criteria and the submission route |
| Annual refresher | 2 minutes | Restate mandatory training and record completion |
A worked script outline
- 1State the learning outcome"By the end of this part you will be able to identify three reportable incidents."
- 2Teach one idea, with one exampleA single worked example beats three definitions for anything assessed later.
- 3Check understanding out loud"Pause here and write down which of those three applies in your own team."
- 4Point at the next part"Part two covers what to do in the first hour after you have identified one."
Compliance and tone notes
- Accessibility is a requirement, not a nicety, for public-sector and education providers: captions, readable pace and a text version of the script.
- Awarding-body content must match the current specification. Record the specification version alongside the script so you know what to re-make when it changes.
- Safeguarding rules apply to anything featuring learners; the simplest route is not to feature them at all.
- Keep the tone instructional rather than promotional — assessment material judged as marketing loses learner trust quickly.

Questions people ask
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Enough to make a full induction video without a card, which most training teams use as the proof point before proposing a wider rollout.
Can I use my own likeness?
Yes. A recognised trainer's likeness helps with completion rates, because learners tend to finish modules delivered by someone they will meet in person.
Do you support other languages?
Yes, 42 languages. That lets one mandatory module reach a multilingual workforce without commissioning separate recordings per site.
