Video for property developers

Scheme launches, plot releases and buyer updates, issued between sales weekends.

Developers make four: a scheme launch, a plot release announcement, a reservation and buying process guide and a construction progress update for reserved buyers. Each is produced in minutes and reused across every plot.

Why video earns its place here

A launch video sells the location before the show home exists. Transport, schools, the planning consent and the build programme can be explained while the site is still hoardings and CGIs.

Reserved buyers are the group most often neglected. A monthly progress video to everyone who has paid a reservation fee measurably reduces the number who cancel while waiting for legal completion.

A worked script outline

  1. 1Place the scheme geographically"Fairfield Green is twelve homes off Station Road, eight minutes from the mainline."
  2. 2Describe the mix and the range"Three, four and five bedroom houses, from £340,000 to £615,000."
  3. 3Set out the timetable"Plots one to four release in October, with first completions expected next spring."
  4. 4Give one action"Register through the link below and you will hear before the public release."

Compliance and tone notes

  • Computer-generated images and indicative layouts must be described as such on camera; never present a CGI as the finished home.
  • Completion dates should be given as windows with the contractual position stated, since a spoken date can be relied upon by a buyer.
  • Incentives such as part exchange, contributions or paid fees are conditional offers and must be described with their conditions, not as headline promises.
  • Warranty cover, planning consents and section agreements should only be named where they are in place and current.

Questions people ask

Is there a free tier?

Yes, no card required. One buyer progress update is the usual first build, as it can be measured directly against reservation cancellation rates.

Can I use my own likeness?

Yes. Sales directors often record themselves for progress updates, because reserved buyers want the named contact rather than marketing.

Do you support other languages?

Yes, 42 languages, which supports overseas investor sales where the buying process differs sharply from the buyer's home market.
