Learning
Video for training providers
Course previews, learner onboarding and employer reporting, produced per cohort.
Training providers make four: a course preview, a learner onboarding video, a tutor feedback message and an employer progress report. Each is produced in minutes, so a new cohort does not wait on production.
Why video earns its place here
Enrolment drop-off happens between booking and day one. An onboarding video covering the platform, the first assignment and the tutor's name keeps learners who would otherwise quietly disappear.
Employer reporting is the commercial edge. A short video summarising attendance, progress and risk per cohort is read by employers who never open a spreadsheet attachment.
The four videos this sector makes most
| Video | Length | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Course preview | 90 seconds | Units covered, time commitment and the qualification at the end |
| Learner onboarding | 2 minutes | Platform access, first assignment and support routes |
| Tutor feedback message | 45 seconds | Personal feedback at assessment points, without a scheduled call |
| Employer progress report | 90 seconds | Attendance, progress and any learner at risk this month |
A worked script outline
- 1Name the course and cohort"Welcome to the Level 3 Team Leader cohort starting on the twelfth."
- 2Set the time commitment plainly"Expect four hours a week, including one live session on Wednesday evenings."
- 3Explain the first task"Your first submission is a 500-word reflection, due at the end of week two."
- 4Close with the support route"Your tutor is named on the platform and replies within one working day."
Compliance and tone notes
- Only describe a qualification as accredited or regulated where the awarding organisation and level are correct and current.
- Funding eligibility must be described as subject to assessment, never promised on camera.
- Progression and job outcome claims require evidence held by the provider; avoid figures that cannot be shown to an auditor.
- Where learners appear or are discussed, keep to agreed consent and never identify an individual in an employer-facing video.

Questions people ask
Is there a free tier?
Yes, and no card is required. Providers usually build one onboarding video first, because completion rates for week one can be compared straight away.
Can I use my own likeness?
Yes. Tutors record footage once and then send personal feedback messages across every cohort they teach.
Do you support other languages?
Yes, 42 languages, most often used for onboarding and safeguarding information rather than for assessed course content.
