Video for travel companies
Itineraries, booking conditions and disruption notices, issued at the speed of a booking.
Travel companies make four: an itinerary preview, a booking conditions explainer, a destination and documentation briefing and a disruption notice. Each is written and finished within an hour, which is what disruption actually demands.
Why video earns its place here
An itinerary is a long document nobody reads twice. A ninety-second preview of day one, the two highlights and what is not included converts better than the PDF and reduces the questions that land with the consultant.
Disruption is the case that justifies the whole approach. When a schedule changes overnight, one recorded explanation sent to every affected booking is faster and calmer than four hundred individual calls.
The four videos this sector makes most
| Video | Length | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Itinerary preview | 90 seconds | Day one, the two highlights and what is not included |
| Booking conditions explainer | 60 seconds | Deposits, balance dates and what happens if plans change |
| Destination and documents briefing | 60–90 seconds | Passports, visas, vaccinations and where to check the official guidance |
| Disruption notice | 45 seconds | What has changed, what is being done and when the traveller will hear next |
A worked script outline
- 1Name the trip and the departure"This is the ten-night Andalusia tour departing on the fourth of May."
- 2Set out the shape of the trip"Three nights Seville, four Granada, three Málaga, with two guided days included."
- 3Be explicit about exclusions"Flights, travel insurance and evening meals from day four onwards are not included."
- 4Give the deadline and the action"The balance is due eight weeks before departure — pay through the link in your booking."
Compliance and tone notes
- Package travel obligations mean anything said about what is included forms part of the package description, so the video and the written itinerary must agree.
- Never state visa, passport validity or vaccination requirements as final; point travellers to the official government guidance and say it is their responsibility to check.
- Financial protection arrangements should be described accurately and only where held; do not imply protection that does not cover that booking.
- Price quotes on camera must include compulsory charges and make clear whether they are per person and based on two sharing.

Questions people ask
Is there a free tier?
Yes, with no card required. An itinerary preview for one best-selling trip is the normal first build, since it can be tested against enquiry volume immediately.
Can I use my own likeness?
Yes. Product managers who designed a tour often record themselves for that tour, and use presenters for the generic booking conditions library.
Do you support other languages?
Yes, 42 languages. Disruption notices in a traveller's own language reduce call volume noticeably when a schedule changes mid-trip.
